By entering your name below, you agree to be entered into an agreement with Bad Moms of Parker Nonprofit (“Organizer”) to participate in vendor event opportunities with our organization. You agree that you accept the parameters described below for participation in Bad Moms of Parker NonprofitSpring Market on May 30, 2026 at Lone Tree Brewing- Parker (18425 Pony Express Dr #125, Parker, CO 80134).


1. Vendor Space

  • Booth space approximately    6ft x 5ft

  • Vendor is responsible for providing their own table(s), tent, chairs, displays, and setup materials unless otherwise stated.

2. Vendor Fees

  • Booth fee: $75

  • Payment due by: Within 5 days upon confirmation attendance is accepted

  • Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Organizer.

3. Products

  • Vendor agrees to sell only handmade, artisanal, or approved products as described in their ap

  • Organizer agrees to provide Vendor with one designated plication.

  • All products must be legal, safe, and appropriately labeled.

  • Organizer reserves the right to prohibit items not aligned with market standards.

4. Setup and Breakdown

  • Setup time: 9AM

  • Market hours: 11AM- 3PM

  • Breakdown time: 3PM

  • Vendors must be fully set up before opening and remain open for the full duration of the event.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendor agrees to:

  • Keep booth area clean and professional.

  • Comply with all applicable health, safety, and tax requirements.

  • Conduct business in a respectful manner.

  • Be responsible for their own property, sales transactions, licenses, and insurance.

6. Liability

  • Vendor participates at their own risk.

  • Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury related to Vendor participation.

  • Vendor agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Organizer, venue, and event partners from claims arising from Vendor’s participation.

7. Cancellation

  • Vendor cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Organizer reserves the right to cancel participation due to violation of market rules, safety concerns, or inappropriate conduct.

8. Weather / Force Majeure

  • This is a rain-or-shine event unless otherwise determined by Organizer.

  • Organizer is not liable for cancellations due to weather, acts of God, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond control.

9. Acceptance

By signing below, Vendor agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
